DIGI-Step Project Partners Meeting in Lodz, Poland
On January 19, 2023, the quarterly consortium meeting of the Digital Sustainable Skills and Training in Education Partnership (DIGI–Step) project was held in a hybrid form in Lodz, Poland, hosted by the University of Lodz's Faculty of Management.
All partners provided an update on the project tasks and solicited feedback from other partners on the content of the various intellectual outputs and work packages. Similarly, the partners intensively discussed identifying gaps, challenges, and further course module improvements in order to minimize duplication and make the modules' content self-learnable and impactful to prospective students, considering that the course will be available on an e-learning platform. They also discussed the preliminary content development of the digital course implementation handbook, which was presented by a WUT partner, and received significant improvement suggestions from the other partners. More importantly, the ISQe team provided timelines and recommendations for the course module's digitization.
Other important activities that need to be implemented were also discussed during the meeting; a scientific paper publication and conference presentation about the project will be initiated in order to make the course more visible to a wider audience. Speaking at the meeting, the chair of sustainability management and environmental accounting at TUD, Prof. Dr. Remmer Sassen, suggested a couple of potential conference and paper publication options.
Finally, the meeting was wrapped up with a new commitment to making the project more significant and laying the groundwork for the next meeting in Dresden.

There are four (4) main elements under the framework of each module developed within the e-learning course of the DIGI-Step project: Pedagogical architecture, Pedagogical design, Multimedia development and the Certification tests (SCORM format).
Each module of the Sustainable Development e-learning course will include:
1. Pool of Multiple-Choice Questions
5. 1 Interactive Concept Map
The modules will also include: Learning Management System (LMS) script and 1 Summative Assessment Test. Each module was developed by a team of expert lecturers from each university and went through 2 rounds of peer-review and adjustment. The multimedia materials were developed by qualified technicians with educational experience from ISQe to ensure the quality and user-friendly aspects. At the moment, the materials are ready for piloting at 3 universities in the summer semester before the final revision and translation.

Internal focus groups
The overall goal of the first project result is to collate, adapt, consolidate and enhance existing course content from within the consortium partnership to develop a final module on Sustainable Development that forms the basis of the materials to be digitized into a cross-European e-learning course. The content of the course will draw on material from three university partners and will have a standardized core with a flexibility to adjust the content in order to fit specific national and disciplinary related needs.

Within this context, the DIGI-Step partners in UoL, TUD and WUT have successfully completed the consultation with relevant stakeholders (e.g. academics/ lecturers, trainers, students, recent graduates and faculty members), in order to identify the content demands of students and the training needs of the academic staff who will be incorporating the final materials into their courses. The goal was to identify the most important concepts from the baseline course developed by the consortium to adapt to the local context.
The consultations were implemented in the form of (internal) focus groups by each of the aforementioned partners. Each University had welcomed at least 5-9 relevant stakeholders from their regions and posed relevant questionnaires.
